This short documentary was filmed on May 9 of this year, when construction workers from Sept-Îles demonstrated in front of the offices of the Quebec Construction Commission to protest against inter-provincial mobility of construction workers and the imposition of Bill 33 by the Quebec government. Construction workers in Sept-Îles are angry that many of them remain unemployed, some even on social assistance, while the largest construction project in the province is located in the area. Speaking plainly in front of the camera, they share their thoughts on the current challenges in reconciling the economy, politics, and the union movement.
